Margaret Retherfords Victorian Gowns
A gorgeous and graceful time comes to mind when I see this smazing, one of a kind Victorian Civil War reproduction 1860's Bodice. (No skirt). It has been sewn out of gorgeous vintage Gold Brocade cotton/ duchesse satin woven fabric accented with lime green and gold looped trim. The princess seam bodice closes down the front by hooks and eye tape, and five (5) handmade frogs, plus faux pearl buttons. This stunning one of a kind bodice is completely lined and boned with a skirted peplum. Made with spit bell sleeves, and piped in green. This is one of the prettiest bodices I've seen. Lining; Emerald green cotton.
