The lovely black and red patterned brocade is set off at the crown by black lace and satin roses, and at the edge of the brim by a long fringe of jet bugle beads topped by another set of seed beads set in a zig-zag pattern. Silky black ostrich plumes arch over the crown, and a generous pouf of black tulle ending in a short veil completes the rear view. The crown rises three inches from the flat brim. The brim is 3 inches deep all around and measures 12 inches edge to edge. The inside circumference of the crown is 19 inches. This hat has a matching purse too (Sold separately.)!
