Vintage, faceted, reflective, royal-blue glass Dress Broach that would look amazing on a scarf, dress, Victorian costume, hat, or even used during a Victorian re-enactment. This lovely triangular/ oval vintage broach has wonderful Victorian type filigree scrolling styling with the "hands" around the large cut blue glass center stone. The plating appears to be a nice plated brass overlaid with old gold color. It has an older style clasp. The clasp is fully workable, and would be a stunning accessory even for today!
