This magnificent creation is crafted elegantly by a first time Victorian gown maker! I am so proud to report that she has made a masterful achievement in Victorian dressmaking through exactness in fitting and original Victorian techniques! This rare expertise does not come easily to every person who attempts to create a Victorian styled gown... it can take many very experienced seamstresses years to master not just sewing "technique," but more importantly, an authentic, polished, finished effect which she made look effortless here. You heard it here first... SUPERSTAR Victorian dressmaker on the rise!!!"
