This is on a first come- first serve basis.Please email the correct seller (on the ordering page of the item decription under the photographs where it says to "Order this dress" (or item) there's also the correct seller's email address on that page and let the seller know which item you have requested to order by:

1. Item number (i.e. Number ##Lisa1001)

2. And the Item title (i.e. Scarlet Bustle Dress with jet, ect...).

Please send your name, with email address and area (or country) you live in with the zipcode. Shipping address and your phone number is required for reservations.

This is so there is no confusion, and I send you the correct information on availability.

If the item's not already sold, I'll give you the total cost. I'll put a hold on it once I recieve your email AND the payment, and send it out as soon as the payment clears.If I haven't recieved payment in 7 days after email, the item will be made available to others.

Please make sure all correspondance has your item's description AND your email address.

Payments:

Check (bank verifiable), cashier's check, Money order (Postal money orders shipped as soon as possible) Western Union or Moneygram payments. Items are sent in USA, (unless special prior arrangements are made.) We DO NOT accept credit cards at this time, but can accept PayPal ONLY through bank transfers, or money already cleared in your PayPal account.

We DO NOT accept Credit Cards at this time, so please DO NOT send a credit card PayPal payment. After a PayPal payment, please email us afterward with your mailing info, PayPal does not always send a confirmation afterward to us and we would like to send your item out in a timely manner to you.

Shipping:

Buyer pays shipping, items sent via US PRIORITY MAIL.

All items are sent insured mail, unless prior arrangements are made. Shipping costs in the US:

International shipping via EXPRESS MAIL costs also can be quoted when we discuss item availability. We are not reponsible for taxes that customs imposes, please be aware they may exsist in your area.

Guarantees:

We do our very best to accurately describe and honestly represent the item, and to carefully describe all major flaws in each item so you can feel confident. Please keep in mind that this beautiful item or antique or vintage clothing or is "VINTAGE" or "used," and not "brand NEW" (unless stated). Most if not all, vintage and antique clothing or used items have flaws (of some sort), and we may miss something tiny. Item has not been cleaned unless stated.

The long descriptions are so to minimize surprises. Some older computer monitors may represent colors as "slightly off colored" (usually duller than reality) or with "stray colors," so please be aware of this.

There's a 5 day money back guarantee if the item does not work for you, except for items sold "ASIS" or Layaway payments or anything held for more than 7 days for full payment.

All items are fully inspected prior to departure. It must return unworn, and still in the same condition as it left us. No exceptions. Items have been in a nonsmoking environment. If there's any questions, please ask.

Layaways:

Arrangements can be made for layaway for up to one month with a 30% inital toward purchase.NO RETURNS/REFUNDS on ANY Layaway payments or anything held for more than 7 days for full payment.

Returns:

For a return, item must not be worn or altered in any way. For full refund of your item cost, (minus shipping) you MUST e-mail me within 2 DAYS of confirmed post office delivery date to let me know that item's being returned. Then you must mail the item back to me within 3 DAYS of delivery date. If you do not respond within the 2 DAYS of confirmed post office delivery date, the item is ASSUMED SOLD and no refunds will be issued.

All returns MUST be mailed back via priority mail, with Signature or Delivery Confirmation and Insured for full cost.

Refunds:

Item must not be worn or altered in any way. full refund of your item cost (minus shipping) you MUST e-mail me within 2 DAYS of confirmed post office delivery date to let me know that item's being returned. Then you must mail the item back to me within 3 DAYS of delivery date.
