item number #SOLD1027 Intricate 1920s Gatsby Flapper Blush 3-D EMBROIDERY Filet work Dress This is a gorgeous 1920's blush colored (think peachy-pink suntan nylons.) It has magnificent, large, 3-D satin stitch mercerized cotton floss embroidered and knotted flowers with training vines and leaves, on gorgeous blush net. There's hand knotted peachy-pink filet work on a knot ground, that's outlined in an overcast stitch. This elegant dress is slightly indented at the waist (not totally boxy.) knee length, cap sleeves attached with floss stitches and has a silk crepe underslip trimmed in the net that snaps in and out. And in a size 10-12 too- it could even be worn by a larger bosomed lady (which is usually hard to find.). A wonderful gown- see all the close-ups of the amazing work! This would be perfect at the Gatsby! Condition: This is a fabulous gown that could be gently worn if you reenforced the under slip underarms.).
